It is an off-dry wine with lovely green apple fruit and a refershing acidity. VINEYARD The Wolf estate in Wachenheim in the Pfalz region, dates back to the 18th Century. Dr Ernst Loosen of the famous eponymous Mosel estate acquired the estate in 1996 and set about cleaning up the vineyards and bringing the old vines back to good health. Some of the vineyards are in premier cru and grand cru sites. GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Riesling VINIFICATION We're sorry, but we don't have details of this wine's vinifcation at the moment - we're working on it, so please check back soon. TASTING NOTE An off-dry Riesling with honeyed, peachy, green apple fruit on both the nose and palate. Juicy and foward on the palate, it has a beautiful streak of fresh acidity to cut the sweetness and leave everything perky and fresh on the finish.
