VINEYARD The grapes for this wine were sourced primarily from Tinpot Hut's own vineyards in Blind River, Marlborough and combined it with grapes from some other carefully selected sites in the area. GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Sauvignon Blanc VINIFICATION After juice clarification, the wine was inoculated with pure, aromatic yeast strains and cool fermented. Once dry, the wine was stabilised, filtered and bottled. TASTING NOTES The wine has lovely depth and intensity and a Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate.
