Michel Niéllon produces some of the finest wines in Chassange from his limited holding of 5 ha. However, his wines are hugely popular in the US and as a result are in limited supply. We're lucky to have bought this wine some years ago and are now able to make it available for sale. A rare treat! VINEYARD Michel Niéllon owns 5 Ha of vineyards in and around Chassange-Montrachet, including parcels of the great Montrachet vineyards, Chavallier and Bâtard The Champs Gains vineyard is located on the Southern side of Chassange-Montrachet on broadly limestone soil. GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Chardonnay VINIFICATION We're sorry but we do not have details of this wine's vinification. TASTING NOTE A fresh and developing nose of citrus fruit, pineapple and hazlenuts give way to a rich and fruity palate, of lime, pears and mango.
