No, but delivery charges may apply, so we recommend that you order at least one full case to minimise the impact of the shipping. Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery.
Can I order a mixed case?
Yes. You can mix and match single bottles or have 12 of the same. Its entirely up to you.
I'd like to buy a wine from a producer on your site, but you don't list it. Why not?
We don't list the full range of all the producers on our website. However, we would be happy to source any wine from any of the producers we list, subject to availability and a one unmixed case minimum order. Please contact us for more details.
I'd like to order a large format (or half) bottle of one of your wines...
Some of the wines we stock are available in large formats (magnums etc.) and in half bottles. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and try to source them for you, although our minimum order for this service is one unmixed case equivalent.
Is there a shipping charge?
For all orders under £200, we apply a shipping charge of £10 for the UK mainland. There is a £5 supplement for remote areas. We believe in transparancy in our pricing. If we offered free shipping we would have to cover the cost through increasing our prices (as many others do). The £10 charge reflects our cost for shipping the wine to you.
How long will delivery take?
We will normally make the majority of all UK mainland deliveries within 5 days of your order, excluding week-ends and bank holidays. Northern Ireland, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take longer.
However, some wines are stored in-bond and therefore may take a little longer to despatch. All orders should be delivered within 10 working days. If we expect your order to take longer than 5 working days to dispatch, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We're sorry, but we can only ship to UK addresses.
Can I have a discount?
We often offer mixed cases at a substantial discount over the individual bottle prices.
We try to keep our prices very competitive in comparison to the market. Hence, big discounting is not our thing - we try to keep our prices as low as possible everyday.
However, if you are considering a bulk purchase, of over £1000, please contact us we'd be happy to discuss how we might help.
Why do you only have a PO Box as your address?
The terms of our alcohol licence only allows off-sales by mail order and we are mail-order only business. Therefore, we cannot welcome personal callers to our premises. Consequently, we do not publish our physical address to avoid people calling. We are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and will happily answer any questions you may have.
