DOMAINE DU POUJOL PROTEUS 2005 The Domaine du Poujol is situated to the North West of Montpellier in the South of France. This Vin de Pays wine is made for drinking young and fresh. There is good, soft structure, but the wine has an delicious black fruit palate and excellent length. A deep red colour, with restrained nose of black cherries, this a medium-bodied wine with some slight earthiness. This is classic claret and will drink well for the next 5 - 7 years.
