VINEYARD This is a thirty acre property, of which the slopes and terraces face the south. The soil is a combination of chalk and clay, and the climate Mediterranean. GRAPE VARIETIES 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre VINIFICATION The grapes were harvested in early September by machine, and vinified separately by parcel. They are blended in February, and aged for 7-9 months in concrete tanks. TASTING NOTE A vibrant fruit, with a spicy peppery nose and soft subtle fruit on the palate with decent structure.
