This is pretty much the only place that you will find the indigenous Albariño grape. The cool climate is reflected in this wine, which shows the distinctive refreshing lemon charcter of this grape. VINEYARD Salnes Valley, Rias Baixas, Galicia, Spain. The vineyards face the Atlantic Ocean most visitors are surprised by the verdant vegetation of Galicia. The tiny vineyards (av. approx 0,5 hectares) are widely spread around the region, and are typified by the Pergola training system, which allows free circulation of air and helps prevent disease. The granite subsoils contribute to the mineral qualities of the wine GRAPE VARIEITIES 100% Albariño VINIFICATION Slow, cool fermentation (13-14°C) in temp. controlled stainless steel tanks TASTING NOTE A wine full of cool climate freshness and firm acidity.
